We care about the environment. Sustainability is at the heart of what we do—from reducing waste to choosing eco-friendly materials wherever possible.
FSC Certification
We have been FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) Certified since 2021. All paper we use is purchased from sustainable forests and is 100% recyclable therefore reducing the carbon footprint.
Modern Printers currently produce around 75% of our printed paper on FSC 100 percent Paper with the remaining 15% broken down to 0.5% recycled and 14.5% FSC Mixed. Our goal is to decrease the mixed percentage and increase the Recycled over the coming years.
At our clients request all goods can be printed on 100% Recycled paper.
Solar Energy
We installed Solar Panels in early 2024 and now 45% of our annual power usage is from Solar Energy.
Waste
We recycle all our waste paper, Corriboard and Foamex board, ensuring a nil effect on our environment where ever possible.
Our empty toner containers are collected and recycled therefore reducing the carbon footprint.
Reducing Consumption
In 2010 we initiated a programme to reduce water consumption and to date have eliminated water from our printing and plate making process completely. This has saved thousands of gallons of water that was previously being used yearly.
